Harajuku (原宿) refers to the area around Tokyo's Harajuku Station, which is between Shinjuku and Shibuya on the Yamanote Line. It is the center of Japan's most extreme teenage cultures and fashion styles, but also offers shopping for adults and some historic sights. Meiji Jingu, one of Tokyo's major shrines, is located just west of the railway tracks in a large green oasis shared with the spacious Yoyogi Park. The house is truly a gem for its location although it is an old Japanese house it has the basic items you will need for your stay. It is great for families and friends traveling together and is looking to have a wonderful time in the prime city of Tokyo. The overall space of the house is larger than the typical Japanese homes, although it is an old Japanese house it is perfectly located in the heart of Harajuku. 2 Story-House Layout: 1st Floor- Spacious Living Room, dining area, kitchen, shower with bathtub, toilet, and 1 bedroom with a single bed. 2nd Floor- 2 Bedroom with a double bed in each room, 1 shower with toilet, laundry area. Enjoy full access to the house: • A living-dining room, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, with 2 showers, sink, and 2 toilets. This apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, plates, cups, mugs, and silverware. A washing machine is also installed for your laundry needs. • Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Towels are also provided for each guest and a hairdryer is also available for use. • There is a home internet available, for guests to stay connected and use for streaming videos or simply connect your computer with HDMI to the large TV in the living room. Be prepared for a shopping and eating spree during your stay. 🙂 All the must-try food restaurants and shopping in Japan is within a short walk from the house.
